This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal information when you visit [ARA.us] (the "Website"), become a member, attend our events, listen to ARA Talks, buy ARA merchandise, or otherwise interact with us.

By using the Website or our services, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Contact and inquiries: your name, email address, the content of your message, and a phone number if you choose to provide one.
  • Membership: your name, email address, brokerage, real estate license number and membership level.
  • Payments: when you pay dues, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. ARA does not receive or store your full card number.

  • Merchandise: purchases are processed by our merchandise partner, [Swag.com], which collects the information needed to complete and ship your order.

Information we receive from others

  • Social media and linked services: if you interact with us on social media or through services like Spotify or YouTube, we may receive information those platforms make available under their own policies.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as [Google Analytics].
  • Security data: our contact form uses Cloudflare to help block spam and automated abuse, which may process your IP address and browser information.
